Located 57km East of Hanoi, the geographical distance does not diminish the people's desire to learn English in Hai Duong compared to the capital. According to the planning project recently, Hai Duong will be the industrial centre of the whole Capital Region, making the role of English more important. More specifically, Ocean Edu International English System laid the first foundation in Hai Duong since 2010 and has grown strongly ever since.

Ke Sat, Binh Giang) have constantly innovated to give customers the best educational quality. Moreover, Ocean Edu in the province has also always received the trust and attention of Department, businesses, parents and students.

Attending the Opening ceremony on July 25, besides the Board of Directors, Ocean Edu Hai Duong 3 branch was also honoured to welcome the presence of the Departments of Hai Duong city, and Board of Directors of primary schools, secondary schools, high schools ... with the number of parents and students in Hai Duong city.

Ocean Edu International English System is one of the English training systems in Vietnam authorized by the Cambridge English Assessment that organizes the Cambridge International Examination and Certificate with the code VN048. The Ministry of Education and Training approved for Ocean Edu to arrange the tests at various levels in Vietnam.
