On the morning of March 26, Ocean Edu International English System officially signed a cooperation agreement with NORSU University - one of the leading universities in the Philippines, and it was agreed that Lecturers of NORSU will participate in the project: “Teaching the Teachers: A Capacity Building Extension Project for Teachers Teaching at OCEAN EDU”.
