Hi Quang Huy - Would you like to introduce yourself so everyone can know?

Hello teachers, my name is Nguyen Quang Huy - a student of class KIDS 20-5B Ocean Edu Xuan Mai and I am a student at Grade 6 - Cuu Long Secondary School.

Can Quang Huy share with us your history of learning English?

I started to learn English from Grade 3 but my English ability has stopped at the beginning level. At Grade 5, my parents enrolled me in an English course at Ocean Edu Xuan Mai English Center, so far, I have studied for 2 years here and I am completely confident in all 4 skills Listening - Speaking - Reading - Writing.

To have today's success, Quang Huy must have encountered lots of difficulties, can you share with us your experiences to overcome them?

Of all the skills, I often forgot how to stress and speak without intonation so my communication ability was limited. To practice as well as enhance my pronunciation and communication skills, I usually spent more time practising listening through short stories, TV news, podcasts, ... and then stood in front of the mirror practice speaking and pronunciation again and again. Besides, I was also supported a lot by the teachers at Ocean Edu in intonation.

With the English knowledge at Ocean Edu, Quang Huy is completely confident with his ability, and that is also the reason for the excellent Silver Medal at the National IOE 2020.

Quang Huy has shared more about his goal is to communicate fluently as a native speaker and gain the opportunity to study and work abroad to expand his knowledge about the world.
