Located at No. 14 Thuong Kiem, Phat Diem Town, Kim Son District, Ninh Binh Province, Ocean Edu Kim Son promises to be a reliable place to study, opening opportunities for people in the area to learn English with 100% foreign teachers and international standard textbooks.

Ocean Edu International English System is one of the English training systems in Vietnam authorized by the Cambridge English Assessment that organizes the Cambridge International Examination and Certificate with the code VN048. The Ministry of Education and Training approved for Ocean Edu to arrange the tests at various levels in Vietnam.
