On May 15, Ocean Edu's new center in Ly Nhan district, Ha Nam also solemnly organized the grand opening event and put into operation - Ocean Edu Ly Nhan (2nd Floor, Tien Loc Building Plaza, 68 Tran Hung Dao Street, Vinh Tru Town, Ly Nhan District, Ha Nam Province). The presence and strong development of Ocean Edu in Ly Nhan District in particular and Ha Nam in general in response to the constantly increasing demand for English learners there. As a result, English lovers in Ha Nam can study and experience the international standard learning environment of Ocean Edu at 3 centers: Ocean Edu Phu Ly, Ocean Edu Dong Van and Ocean Edu Ha Nam.
