Understand your current level

After completing the test, you can clarify what level you are at, what knowledge needs to be supplemented and the teachers at the centre will help you an appropriate learning pathway to achieve your goals.

Stage 1: Warm-up (Aim 3.0 - 4.0 IELTS)

In this period, you should concentrate on grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation.

• Grammar: Memorizing key grammar. To meet all the criteria of IELTS Speaking and Writing, you must master grammar skill with diversity and accuracy. Grammar also plays an essential role in the remaining 2 exams, Reading and Writing.
• Vocabulary: You should prepare a notebook to collect new words, take note of any words you have just heard or read. Make sure to take it out and review it regularly.

• Listening & Reading: This is the stage where you can start practising IELTS test formats after you have a foundation. Do not be too rushed to challenge the exam as it will be frustrating, start with the small types of questions that may appear in the exam.
• Speaking: The best way to practice this skill is to have a teammate or teacher to help you correct mistakes when needed. If not, record it so you can check your own mistakes again (paraphrase by other vocabulary, synonyms, ..., but make sure the sentences must be coherent).

Stage 3: Acceleration (Aim 5.0 - 6.0 IELTS)

Stage 4: On target (Aim 6.0 - 7.0+ IELTS)

At this stage, we continue to practice the mock tests, noting the mistakes after each practice. You should repeat the topics in Listening & Reading over and over, which is a way to remember and refrain from making the same mistake. Besides, you can refer to the sample high scores to enhance your work.
