Teachers and teaching methods

I'm Teacher Rica of Ocean Edu Vietnam. I graduated from Bago City College with a degree of Bachelor of Arts in English in 2013. I have been teaching for almost two years now at OE Vietnam and I've got the accredited TESOL certificate. My goal as a teacher is to improve my student's education and help them grow knowledgeably. I like to see students at different levels develop with each other and learn. .I want my students to have freedom with whatever creativity they want, and to allow them to express themselves at any time.
