Being passionate about people equates to being one for learners and students. As a trained Motivational Facilitator coupled with TESOL Certificate, I am able to navigate how to cater to the needs of diverse students. My experience in a global firm in the fields of Organization Development enabled me to fully grasp the ESL world. Each student has a different learning curve, hence it is very essential to individually profile them so that transfer of learning could be possible. Being with OCEAN EDU for over 2 years now, I'm a Work In Progress with the passion of really providing meaningful student engagements.
