Hello! My name is Lea Alanano. You can call me Ley.

I am an ESL teacher at Ocean Edu Phu Ly branch for more than a year now. I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education with a concentration in Mathematics in the year 2015 and earned a Masters’ degree in Mathematics teaching. I also have a TESOL certificate, a gateway for me to teach in a foreign country, and had a life-changing experience.  I began my teaching career after graduation to different nationalities such as Korean, Japanese, and Chinese in an online and offline platform. I am a licensed teacher in the Philippines and served in a public high school for almost 2 years. With a great drive in this field, I have joined various trainings and seminars which helps me expand my strengths and develop effective teaching strategies.

I am driven to help students overcome their fear of learning a foreign language and looking forward to having more years at Ocean Edu.
