Teachers and teaching methods

Hello, I’m teacher Jane. I’m a graduate of Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in English and a Licensed Professional too. I’ve been teaching ESL learners in Vietnam for one year. In my teaching experiences, I can say that this career is not an easy job. What I’ve learned from my job instead of worrying to much on how to be an effective teacher. I‘ll start focusing and learning on the part that I need to improve. Giving myself time to learn, process and grow. I agree with this line that “Teachers must not stop themselves from learning new strategies in teaching.”
