Teachers and teaching methods

I'm Ms.Georgene R. Redondo and I earned a degree in the University of St. La Salle -Bacolod as BSEd-Social Science. With my degree in teaching, serving the country for 15 years has honed me of skills apt to handle different levels of learner with distinct modes of learning at a given learning environment. However, the experiences I got from my three environments when I started as an ESL teacher in the year 2019 in Vietnam has given me a different character.
From Ha Long city where I mainly focused on young learners as 3 years old has given me enough insights to handle and had a grasp of their pacing. To Bavi Hanoi where I handle from Pre-School to IELS has given me roots to this kind of ESL field that is so complex absolutely strangling from their responsibilities as a zero English audience until online classes which really become a struggle for me. Most especially to the company, I am now, however, I kept the learning experiences to enrich me as a person.
